Winnipeg Public Library Childrens Programs:  There are lots of FREE programs for kids at your neighbourhood library.
Indoor Pools:  Drop in to one of Winnipeg's many indoor pools year round for some fun times!

The Forks:  There's always lots to do and see year-round at the Forks. 
Manitoba Children's Museum: A fun place to bring the kids.  CLOSED for renovations.  Reopens June 2, 2011.
Manitoba Museum: See the museum, the planetarium and the science gallery.  See my review!
Living Prairie Museum:  A 12 hectare grass prairie located in Winnipeg!  They have activities year-round.
Western Canada Aviation Museum:  Year-round and budget friendly.
Winnipeg Art Gallery: The first weekend of every month has family activities on Sunday.
Assiniboine Park Zoo: Winnipeg's zoo houses approximately 2645 animals.  See my review!
Zoo Programming:  The zoo has workshops, day camps, sleepovers and zoo camps for kids

Art City: A non-profit community art centre dedicated to providing FREE art programming for all ages.
Artful Owl: uses art history to explore making art.  Has preschool & school age themes.  Also has spring break camp.
Adrenaline Adventures:  Snow tubing in winter, wakeboarding and ropes course in summer.

Tinkertown: An amusement park with over 20 rides, and a half-mile train ride.  See my review!

Arenas: Public Skating (FREE); Other Arenas: Public Skating.  Pleasure Rinks maintained by City of Winnipeg.
Kirkfield Westwood CC (165 Sansome Ave) hosts Parent & Tot skating for FREE on Tuesdays 9:30am-10:30am.  Strollers allowed on ice.  Helmets required for kids. 832-0038
Toboggan Hills: Toboggan hills and slides in Winnipeg Parks.  FortWhyte Alive also has a toboggan run.
Arctic Glacier Winter Park:  Skating, snowboarding, tobogganing, & ice castles, all at The Forks!
A Maze in Corn: MB's original corn maze with a petting zoo, hay rides, pony rides, Haunted Forest & more.  See my review!
